Located 15 minutes from the entrance to Rennes Sud, 20 minutes from Rennes train station, 20 minutes from the airport and the Exhibition Center. Parking is available in front of the house. The Tertre de la Nouette

The cottage is located on the first floor of a newly renovated stone farmhouse, in the heart of a hamlet. The entrance is independent (access via an external staircase). You can park in front of the garage of the house. A terrace and a small garden are also available. This place is ideal if you want peace and quiet in a preserved environment. Bike & walking trails are numerous in the area. The Chateaubriant/Guipry Messac greenway is 5 km from the house.

Relax in this unique and tranquil space. My furnished micro-cottage is very small (10 m2 on the ground) but comfortable. For 1 person, you will sleep in a king-size bed in a mezzanine room by climbing a sliding ladder. You will be seduced by the charm of the quiet place. Outside, there is a car park right in front of the house and in our property, a terrace sheltered from view for a barbecue, why not? You arrive and everything is ready to go!

Welcome to our Tiny, built by us, and with a lot of love. We love spending time with family in the beautiful Rennes countryside. Here we are with farmer friends, in the middle of the fields and next to a small carpentry workshop. The tiny is completely independent with a parking space. It has 2 sleeping spaces in mezzanines accessible by small staircase and ladder. And a terrace with all the comforts.
