This building was first used a cannon house and throughout the following years served as a warehouse, a coal pit and an atelier of a renowned local painter. My apartment is very bright, I renovated it in 2013, leaving the architectural base intact, the building was built at the end of the 19th century, in fact it has very high vaults and sail ceilings but has been equipped with all modern comforts. . It is on the first floor, without a lift, in the Umbertino district, the most beautiful in the center of Bari and it's near the sea.
