I stayed in Ilario's apartment in Nova Siri, I was extremely satisfied with my experience. The apartment is well furnished, clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant and relaxing stay, such as a washing machine, sheets and towels, a well-equipped kitchen, which has allowed us to prepare our meals, air conditioners and mosquito nets, which have helped make the stay even more comfortable, reserved, safe and practical parking space. The owners were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They promptly answered all our questions and gave us great advice on what to enjoy in the area. Their hospitality really made a difference and made our stay even more enjoyable. The place is beautiful and quiet, for a relaxing holiday, we found clean sea and well-kept beaches. I recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay.

I was with my family during the Easter holidays and we found ourselves in a true paradise, unique view, home equipped with everything you need and more. We had a little cool the first nights and Sandro immediately brought us some extra blankets and a heater. We were* really great, the road to get there can be a bit difficult at times, but for those who look out of the window and enjoy the wonderful landscape in which it is immersed...well the difficulty is absolutely second floor. And I have to say that once it becomes easier! As info for those who may be more sensitive to the theme, there is a hill nearby on which several antennas and repeaters of the various phone companies are installed. In total, we would highly recommend it, especially for nature lovers!

Franco is a really exceptional host, he and his wife welcomed us very well and provided us with all the details of the house in a meticulous way. We spent a very pleasant week of relaxation, and their home is a small corner of paradise for those looking for peace and tranquility. We're already in the process of reorganizing another weekend with them.

Great place, 5 min. walk to the huge beach, the house is good and clean have all you need. Romano’s family is nice and always help.

We stayed in the period of Ferragosto 2024 and we had a good time. Teresa was very helpful and kind, she even managed to let us check in early. The house is comfortable and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The promenade, Diamante's free beach and the historic center are a few minutes away by foot. Given the value for money, we recommend the accommodation.

Marco’s place is truly in the countryside on a very ‘non-touristy’ country road lined by small farms. We literally stood in the garden and watched a flock of sheep being moved down the narrow street past our fence. There are a variety of lovely spots in the garden to sit and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The rooms and furnishings are in a classic ‘old school’ un-modernised style which was a lovely contrast to other different accommodation styles we experienced on our trip to the south of Italy. There is no shower us such but a hand held shower hose in the bath - which was absolutely fine, no problems, but you do have to step in and out of the bath which could pose a problem for people with mobility issues (but fine for us). Being in the countryside the last couple of kilometres to the house are quite rough (pot holed bitumen) but this adds to the charm and sense of being away from any touristy zone too. The location is great - from here we easily drive to Matera, Pisticci, Craco etc

An unparalleled and unforgettable experience… We loved every detail of the apartment. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was the most interesting I have ever seen (with tall glass panels). Giovanni was very helpful answering all our questions. Oh and the floors were beautiful as well. It’s like stepping back in time which for me is very special! (thank you for the oranges, coffee, and cake)…..

Andrea is a wonderful host, always available and willing to help. The place is amazing, much more than we were expecting... I believe the pictures do not capture how beautiful, cozy and spacious this house is. The surroundings are also incredible, Mormanno is a unique experience. We would not hesitate going there again, great cost/benefit relationship and satisfying in every way.
