Empezar el día con un buen desayuno, hasta despedirlo con un buen vermut bajo la salada brisa de mar, la terraza es el lugar estrella del apartamento. El apartamento cuenta con un dormitorio, un lavabo, cocina tipo office, un salón y terraza. La terraza es accesible a través de dos ventanas corredizas en la habitación y en la sala. La terraza tiene vistas sobre la piscina. En el alojamiento se pueden acomodar hasta cuatro personas: dos personas en la cama de la habitación y otras dos en el sofá cama del salón. El alojamiento está preparado para que lo puedan disfrutar: cuenta con amenities de baño, toallas, ropa de cama, utensilios de cocina... El cliente deberá abonar en efectivo la tasa turística al llegar. (1€ por persona mayor de 16 años, por un máximo de 7 noches). Para su información, este apartamento NO es el indicado para grupos de jóvenes que quieran hacer fiesta, siendo estas totalmente prohibidas dentro del apartamento y en las zonas comunes (jardín, piscina, etc.). Confiamos en que los huéspedes jóvenes interesados en disfrutar de una estancia agradable en nuestro apartamento mantendrán una conducta educada, respetando tanto la propiedad como la convivencia con el resto de vecinos.
