Disfruten de un soleado y espacioso ático con dos terrazas y una ducha exterior, única para los calurosos días de verano. Con su reserva le ofrecemos aparcamiento privado en el garage del edificio, ideal para el verano. ¡Apartamento recién renovado! El apartamento está dividido en dos plantas: la planta inferior cuenta con dormitorio con acceso directo a la terraza, un lavabo, cocina americana, comedor, salón y una larga terraza. La planta superior cuenta con un dormitorio con dos camas individuales que se pueden unir, un aseo, una zona de escritorio y una agradable terraza con zona de ducha exterior, íntima y con agua caliente. El cliente deberá abonar en efectivo la tasa turística al llegar. (1€ por persona mayor de 16 años, por un máximo de 7 noches). Para su información, este apartamento NO es el indicado para grupos de jóvenes que quieran hacer fiesta, siendo estas totalmente prohibidas dentro del apartamento y en las zonas comunes (jardín, piscina, etc.). Confiamos en que los huéspedes jóvenes interesados en disfrutar de una estancia agradable en nuestro apartamento mantendrán una conducta educada, respetando tanto la propiedad como la convivencia con el resto de vecinos.
