This property is shared with my home in the front and a separate private entrance and parking in the back. There is a large room with a king size bed, sofa, large screen tv, kitchenette and table. if you would prefer, go outside on the porch and enjoy the views of Camelback Mountain

Our 4-bedroom villa is nestled in a quiet, GATED community. The gorgeous furnished kitchen, HEATED* pool, and picturesque exterior spaces make this a dream getaway. We are within walking distance of Paradise Valley Mall’s shops & restaurants. Costco and Wal-Mart are approximately a half-mile away. Starbucks, In-N-Out, & The Mexicano are nearby restaurants. We are a 10-15 min drive to Old Town & 5-10 min to Kierland Commons; PHX airport is 20 min away. The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths in a rambler style. The home features a heated pool (NO extra charge) in our expansive backyard, an arcade room, and 2 ensuite masters.
