Great space, clean and well taken care of new furniture, I had a great stay, it felt like I was at home, close to downtown, quiet place, with easy access to local commerce, attentive Sandra of easy communication, great cost-benefit recommend.

I really enjoyed hosting! The apartment is brand new, linen bed and clean and smelling towels. It was well equipped and communication with Mayara was very good and fast.

The location was great, my mother and stepdad loved the accommodation! They were only a little breathless by the flights of stairs, but still the place was excellent for the stay! thank you very much Andressa 🙏🏻

Luciana is an excellent host. very solicit and kind. We served and cared for our stay for the whole time we stayed there and even afterwards on the return trip. Access is by electronic lock, so check-in/out is very simple. The house is on the second floor, so to access it you must pass by a short but narrow staircase with high steps. For people of older age or with limited mobility may be a hindrance. the environment is a classic house of machadense, cozy and with all amenities. The internet is very fast, so it is a great retreat for home office and would like to work in a quiet environment. very well located, quiet neighborhood, views of the christ, close to the bus station, the market, crystal market II, Ney resort and other shops/conveniences. it is also 3 or 4 blocks from the square of the matrix (if you climb the hill). if your car is big, the garage is small! We went with a Cobalt and fit with 3 fingers off.

The stay in Fama was amazing. The house is excellent, plenty of space to accommodate the whole family, very equipped kitchen and very good outdoor space to take advantage of the pool and barbecue, overlooking the dam. The location is great because it is possible to walk to the main establishments and restaurants. Joseane was very attentive, answered quickly and passed all necessary instructions. We love the accommodation and we intend to return for sure.
