Good experience overall. Florencia and Toshiro were responsive and very friendly. The apartment is close to the main route, making navigating the surroundings easy. It´s also about 12 minutes from the airport.

I am very satisfied with the friendly atmosphere and friendly service. All my guests were happy too. The next one I also want to use this house to serve well those who visit me from afar.

We would definitely come back ! We felt right at home. The house is perfectly equipped and decorated for beautiful days with the family. Everything was spotless. Great location. Highly recommended ! And Viviana is an excellent host, very friendly and attentive at all times.

Very quiet stay! The site is perfect for resting, and taking advantage of to cool off from the heat, as well as being a good place to bake a meat! Near restaurants and a market as well, in addition to having easy access to the center of Asunción. The rooms were impeccable, and I also highlight the care of leaving clean towels for the guests.

My family and I had a fantastic 16 days. Mrs. Milva was attentive at all times that we were comfortable and there was excellent communication with her. The place is beautiful; a five-minute walk from the shore of Ypacaraí Lake. Of course, it is far from the city, it is essential to have a vehicle to be able to move around the lake area. Finally, all the maintenance staff in the development were super friendly, from the security guards to the pools and gardeners. We give it five stars without any hesitation.

We spent a few beautiful days as a family enjoying the comfort of the house , the feast of its piciina, and the natural blleza of its park. The hosts are kind and predisposed. The location is great. Highly recommended!!

Ruben was always responsive, the apartment is perfect either for a short or long stay. I am very happy we chose Ruben’s place to stay. Everything worked fine, it was really clean, the place is comfortable and well equipped. If you need to go to Asunción, and staying at Luque works for you, you will have a hard time finding anything better.
