Located right in the heart of Patras, this beautiful 2-bedroom penthouse apartment, sits inside a pre-war building which belonged to my Greek grandfather. The building hosts the oldest working elevator in Patras, though a new elevator brings you directly to the 4th floor, where you can enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony. Whilst only steps away from all the shops, restaurants and bars the apartment remains a quiet space.

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! It is a 25 sqm studio, ideal for professionals or couples who want an affordable space in the center of Patras. The new bus station is about 200m away, the stops for the city buses are less than 50m away and Georgiou Square is 8 minutes away on foot. It provides everything, just like a full hotel room. It has a double bed measuring 140x200cm. Very clean, in a ten-year-old building. 50 m from the apartment there is a large supermarket "Sklavenitis".
