Holiday rentals with a patio in Paralia

Ένας υπέροχος χώρος, σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία για να κινηθείς με οποιοδήποτε μέσο, ακόμη και με τα πόδια! Η επικοινωνία ήταν άψογη, μας δόθηκαν αναλυτικές οδηγίες, με ευγένεια, ενώ ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος και όπως ακριβώς περιγράφεται. Σίγουρα θα το επέλεγα ξανά!

Our second time to Thessaloniki and our second time being hosted by Thanos! Close to all ammenities and sights. Strongly recommended!

A modern, stunning, and very clean apartment ...wishing i could stay here forever. The location works perfect , super close to the airport, a few minutes walking distance to Sofouli street and "Nea paralia" the waterfront of Thessaloniki. The host was friendly, attentive and always available. There is some noise from the street (earplugs will help), but that won't stop me from staying here again.

Andreas je příjemný hostitel,který se o nás zajímal i během naší cesty. Vždy hned odpovídal a vše co jsme potřebovali hned zařídil. Apartmán je čistý a vkusně zařízený, s pěkným výhledem na moře a horu Olymp.

Mooi en proper appartement in een rustige straat. Steeds kunnen parkeren voor het appartement. Supermarkt is vlakbij. David is heel vriendelijk en gaf ons veel goede tips. Mooi uitzicht op de Olympus berg.

The location was great. The Aegean Sea was right in front. The promenade made our walks easier with restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms were spacious and clean. Note: Parking is hard to find nearby.

Wir haben sehr spontan diese Unterkunft gebucht. Der CheckIn war sehr unkompliziert. Parken war einfach vor dem Gebäude möglich. Die Unterkunft war einwandfrei gereinigt. Das Highlight ist die Aussicht. Diese muss man live sehen. Wir kommen aufjedenfall für einen längeren Aufenthalt wieder.

What a wonderful stay. Centrally located and close to everything , the apartment was cleaner than every hotel room or apartment I ever stayed in. The place was full of style, and it looks like so much thought was put into every corner. Kristina was super responsive and helpful, do not hesitate for a moment before booking! We will definitely be back!

An exceptional host. The place is great for several families. Jürgen and his family are wonderful people. The house has everything you need from utensils in the kitchen to all the necessary appliances. Every room has air conditioning, it is very clean. Sahara beach is 5 minutes away by car, but Jürgen recommended us a smaller local beach that is exceptional and not crowded... All in all, the place is for every recommendation... 17 of us stayed in the house (10 adults and 7 children) and we didn't miss anything... And another important thing for this part of Greece, the water pressure is exceptional...

Beautifully renovated beach house. Amazing see view from the porch, with lounge area and dining table. Only olive trees and a minute on small pathway to reach the quiet beach. Great fishing spot. Very private house, you are woken up by birds in the morning and heard a fox in the night. Restaurants 5 minutes drive away, saw dolphins during lunch (!!!!!! :) ) Dimitrios made us feel very welcome and definitely understands hospitality, we had everything we needed and more at the house during our stay.

Περάσαμε όμορφα. Η Φωτεινή ήταν ευγενέστατη, φιλική, φιλόξενη και ανα πάσα στιγμή παρούσα για οποιαδήποτε βοήθεια ή συμβουλή. Ολα ήταν στην εντέλεια! Το σπίτι αν και παλιό ήταν πεντακάθαρο και προσεγμένο. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και διαθέτει ολα οσα χρειάζεται κάποιος για να κανει τις καλοκαιρινές του διακοπές. Ισως ενα πληντυριο στο μελλον να ηταν ενα συν. Η παραλία κοντά δεν ειναι πολυ καλή για μπάνιο αλλα με ενα αυτοκίνητο μπορείς να επισκεφθείς πανέμορφες παραλίες σε αλλες περιοχές της Χαλκιδικής. Μπορείς να συνδυάσεις ησυχία και ξεκούραση (καθώς το σπίτι βρίσκετε σε ήσυχη και οικογενειακή γειτονιά) με πιο κοσμοπολίτικες διακοπές σε περιοχές κοντά. Η συνεννόηση με την οικοδέσποινα ηταν άψογη καθώς απαντούσε αμεσως και υπήρξε ευέλικτη ως προς το check in και check out ώστε να μας διευκολύνει. Μπράβο!

Very nice place and friendly host. Just 2 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minute drive to Nea Plagia beach and taverns.

Our recent stay at Korinna’s villa in Khriopigi, Greece, was nothing short of exceptional. The villa itself is beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and charm, nestled in a serene location that provides a true escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The surroundings are picturesque, with easy access to stunning beaches, local taverns, and vibrant nightlife, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and exploration. However, what truly set this experience apart was the warm hospitality and dedication of our host, Korinna. From the moment we arrived she made sure that that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her promptness in responding to any queries and her readiness to assist with any needs we had made our stay worry-free. Korinna went above and beyond, providing us with excellent recommendations for local spots to visit, including the best taverns, clubs, and beaches. She even made us the favor by booking a table as a gesture.

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

Our stay was perfect in the top roof apartment! Marios is very responsive! Firstly, I asked questions about the stay, every information was sent in a minute!!! Also we arrived sooner, he welcomed us very quickly! There is parking, the apartment was very clean! Also equipped with everything what you need! Marios recommended us a lot of beaches, bars and restaurants in Afytos and other villages! The place is peaceful and at the same time on less than 5 minutes walk from the center and the taverns!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei Harry gefühlt. Besonders schön war der Sonnenaufgang vom Bett/Balkon oder der Terrasse im Erdgeschoss. Eine wundervolle Gegend, schön und ruhig. Ein Grand Masoutis ist in der Nähe und die Stadt Nea Moudania ist toll für Einkaufsbummel an bewölkten Tagen, wenn man nicht nach Pefkochori oder Kassandria runter fahren will. Es gibt viele Restaurants in nächster Umgebung, zum Beispiel in Nea Potidea und Nea Fokea. Die Unterkunft lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig - alle Möbel sind Massivmöbel, die alle sehr stabil und von höchster Qualität sind. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche riechen frisch und sauber, sogar die Decke vom Sofa. Ich liebe den Duft vom Bad im Erdgeschoss. Kleiner Tip, der Shop AB Vassilopoulos hat die größte Auswahl an Dolce Gusto passenden Kapseln (nicht nur Cappuccino, sondern auch Lungo, Starbucks und Lavazza). Se cercate un posto tranquillo, circondato da ulivi, animali e host amichevoli questo fa sicuramente per voi.Ottima posizione per visitare Sithonia!La cucina è super attrezzata e nuova, non mancava veramente nulla.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Christos! La vue sur le Mont Olympe est à couper le souffle 🤩L’appartement est très confortable et à proximité d’une épicerie, des restaurants en bord de mer et du Mont Olympe! Notre séjour était parfait! Merci Christos!

Εξαιρετική επιλογή, όμορφο διαμέρισμα, μοντέρνο, καθαρό και με όλες τις ανέσεις, για να μείνει κανείς στην Κατερίνη και να εξερευνήσει την γύρω περιοχή.

Όλα ήταν πολύ ωραία!

Η διαμονή στο διαμέρισμα ήταν εξαιρετική!!!Ο χώρος όμορφος και ζεστός σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά εύκολο πάρκιγκ.Διπλα σε αστικές συγκοινωνίες και στην στάση του Μετρό.Στην γειτονιά υπάρχουν πολλά εστιατόρια, φαρμακεία και σούπερ μάρκετ.Το σπίτι ήταν όπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες πεντακάθαρο και με όλο τον εξοπλισμό.Ο οικοδεσπότης εξαιρετικός και πολύ φιλικός απαντούσε πολύ γρήγορα. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!!

Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, ήσυχο και πάνω από όλα καθαρό. Ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι ένας αξιαγάπητος άνθρωπος που ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και θα το επισκεπτόμουν ξανά.

Πολύ καλός, καθαρός και ήσυχος χώρος! Εύκολη προσβασιμότητα και πολύ επικοινωνιακός οικοδεσπότης!

Le canapé lit n’était pas assez long pour dormir appart ça tout était super
