Welcome to our charming 2-Bedroom Semi-Detached Maisonette in the heart of Siviri Village, located on the first leg of Halkidiki and just a stone's throw away from the famous Siviri beach. The house is a 3 min. walk from the sea surrounded with restaurants, beach bars, sports kiosks, tavernas and local shops. The house is in a housing estate next to the beutiful sandy and sunny beach of Siviri. It is cozy with a big communal yard. It has two bedrooms, a living-room and a kitchen in the same place. It has also a bathroom and a big comfortable balcony. The first room has a double bed and a big closet. The other room has one bunk bed, one single bed and a smaller closet .In the living-room, there is a sofa that can be turned into a comfy double bed and a second sofa. The kitchen is fully functional.

The beach can be reached within a minute and offers enough space for sunbathing.
