Casa very organized and good for resting in a quiet and residential neighborhood, but not so far from the busiest areas of the city for those who want to enjoy the nightlife of Asunción. Greg, Zulema and their parents are extremely attentive and have been excellent hosts.

We love the lodging the apt is large with 3 bedrooms one with air the others with a fan but nothing got in the way , I requested some things for Patricia and everything was attended quickly we find the apt a delicious good location super recommend

Perfect place for up to two people, space and new furniture/appliances. Location near a mall, market, pharmacy and hospital. Alexandre is a great host, helpful and leaves the guest at ease on site. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the city.

I couldn't have chosen a better place. I had surgery and this place met all my expectations and I was able to have an excellent recovery due to the entire structure offered in this beautiful apartment. All employees are polite, helpful and always with a smile on their face. The restaurant in the building is an extra plus when you can't go somewhere else, homemade food, extremely tasty. Esteban and Alice are always available to answer any questions. I'm grateful that my stay was wonderful and here I leave my recommendation and dare to say that it was the best Airbnb I've had the opportunity to stay at. I wish you all the best. Sandy

We really liked this apartment. Its huge and right by the super market. In a sense there are 3 rooms. The walk-in closet is as big as many bedroom. My wife used it as an office. The is a nice place to stay.

Ana Paula was very solicitous from the first contact. It made things a lot easier because she gave me several tips. The apartment is well located, close to all relevant points of the city. Super recommend your stay. Hostess note 10.

Spotless apartment, very organized. Check in easy, directly in the lobby of the building. Rose always available, quickly answering questions that have arisen. Rose gave excellent indications of restaurants and activities in the area. I recommend it to all users.

I stayed for 4 days in the apartment and from the moment I came in I felt like home. The apartment is great and has all the houseware we need. Allex is a great host who responded promptly to messages. The condominium's surroundings also have a lot, such as a supermarket, gym, in addition to the quiet of the place. I'll stay in the apartment again if you need to.
