Our house and the farm buildings are located 80 metres from the dome and its terrace, with no overlooking neighbours. Very close to and overlooking the village of Vallouise, Marie's bright and very comfortable chalet designed by an architect is surrounded by a beautiful mountain garden; you will be in a quiet place, inside and outside you will enjoy the view of a soothing mountain, the exposure will allow you to enjoy the sun all day. Although a 5-minute walk from the center of the village and its amenities, the place is very quiet. The large living room is equipped with a stove for your winter evenings.

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Everything is there, but you have to go: Warning access: Narrow 4 km mountain dirt road accessible with a rugged vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new and/or low-body vehicles. Altitude 1650 meters. From the beginning of December to the end of March, due to snow, the climb is only done by hiking, about 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.
