Recently restored portion of villa sorrounded by a delicious garden, 10 minutes from Venice and really close to Mestre Railway station and bus stop. Located in the residential area of Marghera called "città giardino". Families with children and small pets are always welcome! We speak English, German and Spanish. Internal car parking available. The touristic city tax (€4,00 for each adult per night) is not included in the price and it has to be paid at the check in. Renovated October 2023!!!

Casa Cesare *Villa Marisa*

One bedroom, two bathrooms flat, fully equipped, provided with a double bed and two sofa beds, it accommodates up to six people. Located on a quiet, traffic-and-noise-safe street on the top of the hill, it offers a stunning view of the lake. Beaches are 10 minute driving distance. The flat is part of a three floor villa formed by 4 flats in total. Three flats are on Airbnb and the remaining one is occasionally occupied by my family. My accommodation is in Sirmione, Lake Garda and close to Gardaland, Caneva. You will like my accommodation for these reasons: This two-room apartment is located close to the Spa of Sirmione in a quiet location but at the same time close to the lake and the historic center has just been renovated in modern style and has private parking and shared pool . My accommodation is suitable for couples, lone adventurers, business travelers and families (with children).

Appartamento con magnifica vista lago al piano rialzato di una villetta, completo di elettrodomestici, stoviglie, utensili, cucina e pentolame, lavastoviglie, lavatrice e prima pulizia. È ad un minuto da una bellissima spiaggia sul lago di Caldonazzo. Comprende accesso privato con possibilità di parcheggio macchina e terrazzo esterno con bbq. La casa è nuova e alcune finiture secondarie verranno via via ultimate.
