Captain's House | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Casa Anto Elba Island - Beach

Casa Anto, completely renovated in 2025, consists of a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The room cannot be darkened. There are two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The house is accessed by an external staircase. The outdoor pergola is furnished with table and chairs/lounge chairs The beach, about 250 meters away, can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The house has a garden, with lawn, reserved of approx. 200 square meters.

La Guardiola - Cape Pearl

In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea. The view of rare beauty, the sea that pervades every environment, the peace and scents of the Mediterranean scrub, make this place magical. Currently the property, owned by our family since 1994, is a 130 sqm independent villa, surrounded by a park of over 1,000 sqm.

The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.

The independent apartment, measuring 40 square meters, has a 10-square-meter patio in front where you can enjoy outdoor meals with a sea view. The beach can be reached by a very short private path, in the heart of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, among pine trees and Mediterranean vegetation.

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated now in 2026. The house has good place for 4 persons. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.

Sea View Studio (for 2+1 people)

Southwest side, La Trappola, 1000 meters from the beaches, 500 meters from the Town Hall square, a young architect had fun creating modern open spaces with poor materials, fine finishes and vintage objects.
