Spacious townhouse, located in Paripueira, Alagoas, in the Closed Condominium Colinas do Sonho Verde 2. The house is surrounded by an environmental preservation area... very green and tranquil... typical of a country house and just 3 minutes from Sonho Verde Beach and Tabuba Beach. Ground floor with large living room, guest bathroom and kitchen. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms, all en-suite, one of them with a balcony. Spacious leisure area with lawn, large swimming pool, outdoor shower and barbecue area.

New, spacious, luxurious house in a gated community with all security and close to the beach. Capacity for 20 people There are 5 bedrooms, 4 of which are en-suites, 1 social bathroom and 1 powder room. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living rooms, hairdryer in all bathrooms. Residence with new furniture, well equipped, with full kitchen and all necessary utensils. We have bed, table, bath and beach towels. Game room with pool table, Pegolin/Totó and card table Gourmet space and swimming pool.

Full kitchen and gourmet space where you, your family and/or friends can enjoy a beautiful barbecue while cooling off in the pool. Excellent location, with nearby shops, as well as great access to the beaches of the north coast of Alagoas. You'll have incredible moments of leisure, rest and relaxation!
