During WINTER: must have AWD or FWD, experience driving in serious winter weather (snow, severe wind, extreme cold); the cabin is located on gravel roads & dirt driveway. Dexter Peak Cabin is located near the base of the mountains on a 25 acre parcel shared with our home but still private. Close to Livingston, Chico Hot Springs, Yellowstone River, waterfalls, hiking and fishing, and 35 minutes to Yellowstone Park. Cabin is located about 200' from owner's home but the outdoor areas are oriented away from the home and toward the mountains. Little to no traffic as we are a couple with no kids. Dexter Peak Road is a great road for walking!

Main floor master bedroom king bed and full master bath with tub/shower. 2nd full bathroom on main floor with a stand-up shower. Loft has 2 queen beds with roll under twin trundles. Fully furnished kitchen. Outdoor LP fire pit to enjoy smores under the big sky!
