The Roost is a custom build with quality craftmanship. It's set among old growth cottonwood trees in a relaxed older neighborhood that feels like the country. You'll have the entire guesthouse to yourself, May- Oct. there is a small patio to bbq and a yard with fire table and 4 Adirondack chairs to enjoy the many birds and deer in the summer. Downstairs is a queen bed/bath with a trundle in the loft. Fully equipped kitchen with small stainless gas range, apartment sized fridge and dishwasher.

Please note, you do have to access the bathroom through the bedrooms and the second bedroom can be accessed from the deck or through the first bedroom!
