GRACIA & PARK GÜELL NEIGHBORHOOD, 2023 renovated 2 double rooms/4people GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT with patio & optional garage. There are many fans but no airconditioning. Very close to the Park Güell and to the heart of the Gracia neighborrhood but in a very quite street, it's very comfortable being at the ground floor with its own internal patio. In 2023: fully painted and renovated with a new shower, new kitchen tools & new textiles. The 2 double 150 x 200cm beds are very comfortable.

The living area features exposed brick walls and a Catalan vaulted ceiling. A comfortable sofa is positioned beside a wooden coffee table, while a flat-screen TV is mounted on a minimalist media unit. Sunlight filters through the open double doors, illuminating the warm tones of the décor.
