Have relaxing fun at this quiet country cottage. Built in 2023, it sits on 10 acres, and we, the hosts live on site in a separate home about 150 feet away. We do not have pet or cleaning fees. You'll enjoy quiet surroundings with big skies and beautiful mountain views all around from your private deck. We're located only eight miles north of Williams and about 1 point 5 miles off the highway to the Grand Canyon, all on paved road, and just a 45 minute drive to the South Gate to the Canyon.

In the winter, please ensure you have an SUV, Front wheel drive or 4-wheel drive vehicle in case it snows.

Our cabin is on 1 acre of fenced land in Parks, AZ and is family owned & operated. It is unique, as it borders national forest in a cul-de-sac. It is approximately 4 miles northwest of I-40 & Rt 66, making it a quiet location away from the train & freeway noise. Parks has about 1500 residents and is between Flagstaff & Williams. The Grand Canyon is just an hour north of Williams as well. Firewood included for wood stove & outdoor fire pit.
