Poole Bournemouth two double bed home

Located in an excellent position near to Ashley Cross which is a great place to eat and socialise in Poole. It’s a 10 minute drive to the beach & also really close to very regular bus routes to Poole & Bournemouth so you could leave the car and not have to park at the air show or other local attractions. The house is recently decorated and comfortable and should suit your holiday or business stay. There is even a picnic hamper for you to use if you wish. In winter there is a wood burning stove.

Light,self contained private room /shower in my garden. Own south facing patio and table. Comfy king bed. Very Quiet location. Easy walking distance to Poole Town Quay about 25 minutes by foot. Lively Ashley Cross with bars/pubs only 20 mins walk. B'mth beaches/ Sandbanks are just a short distance by car/bus. Parking on road after 6pm Monday - Friday. All other times -2 hour parking from 8am to 6pm. Weekends - no restrictions. I supply a basic continental breakfast, I can cater for coeliacs.

Studland - short ferry ride from Sandbanks We have a driveway so there is parking available for you if you travel by car. We also live a 5 - 10 minute walk from Poole town centre. No pet

A fully enclosed garden has a table, chairs and BBQ for alfresco dining. The spacious bedroom, with king size bed and single bed, is complemented by a luxurious en-suite shower room . Our location offers easy access to the New Forest National Park, the Dorset Jurassic Coast and the Channel ferries. From Poole quay you can take boat trips including Brownsea Island. The area also boasts beautiful beaches at Sandbanks, Bournemouth and Studland, while the Purbeck hills can be accessed via a chain ferry.

There is a shared garden area with your own dining and lounging area. We do have a lovely little dog who is very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello.
