Modern apartment

The modern apartment is located on 1000 meters in the sunny village of Maladers, just a 10-minute drive from the cantonal capital Chur. The stable of the over 100-year-old farmhouse was remodeled with attention to detail. Combined with modern materials such as concrete and glass, the original old wood elements tell the story of earlier times and offers a very special ambiance. Comfortable condominium in the center of Heid

This beautiful and large (90 m2) condominium in the Heid gives you the feeling of having arrived in the mountains and during your holidays. The modern accommodation, the large outdoor area with 2 balconies and the central location (500m from the center and yet very quiet) offers everything you need for a beautiful hiking, biking, or winter vacation. Sunny, quiet apartment with balcony, 3 bedrooms, 1500 m above sea level. The ski resort Lenzerheide/Arosa is directly accessible. Cross-country ski trails right behind the house. Natural ice rink. In summer, the bike trails and cool nights (we don't need air conditioning!) Playground nearby and beautiful hiking trails. The house is located on the edge of the village on a private road, in front of a small forest. Well connected by postbus. Access by car to the house.

The family-friendly 75 sqm (3.5 rooms) ground floor apartment is located on the outskirts of Churwalden. The pretty Grisons village, the entry portal to the Arosa-Lenzerheide ski resort. The place has a spectacular summer toboggan run. The center with shopping, outdoor pool / ice rink, as well as all lift stations are within 10 minutes' walk. The return trip from the slopes to the house is possible by skis or bus.

The beautiful spacious studio (29 m² and 8 m² balcony) is centrally and quietly located in Valbella, just before Lenzerheide, in the Arosa-Lenzerheide vacation region. It is very well served by public transport (3-minute walk to the Valbella Dorf stop) or by car (free underground parking included). A perfect getaway for every season: for hiking, biking, skiing, working or vacationing in the mountains.

Studio with fantastic views

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.

The spacious vacation apartment in the new "Krone" building in Churwalden offers plenty of space for the whole family. The new apartment building with adjoining hotel including restaurant, bar and wellness area is located in the middle of the village center of Churwalden and is nevertheless in a quiet location. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, facing south-west away from the street.
