We are approximately 1 km from the Aiuruoca River, within the boundary of the Itatiaia National Park (about 16 km from Pico das Agulhas Negras) and in the rural area of Itamonte. We have been part of a historic community since 1982, located in the Itatiaia National Park. We are close to the main attractions and 5.7 km after the entrance to the lower part of the Park. The attractions; Véu da Noiva, Maromba, Itaporani, Lago Azul, Itupi Waterfall, Espelho do Céu Well, Fauna and Flora Museum, Três Picos Trail, Alpine Chalet, etc.) are between one and three kilometers away, and it is possible to visit them on foot.
