You have the ground floor all to yourself in a 2 storey house. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Only 15 minutes drive to the beautiful hinterland town of Maleny and 15 minutes to the popular Australia Zoo or 30 minutes to the beaches at Caloundra. Children are welcome and we provide a high chair, a safety bed rail and a port a cot, if needed. Your dog is welcome also, it will share the backyard with our friendly dog unless you advise otherwise. I can keep my dog upstairs.

The studio has high speed WiFi and smart TV with access to any of your apps. It has a Nespresso coffee machine, breakfast facilities and access to a shared swimming pool.

Sunbird Holiday Stay/Guest Services

Our fully self-contained Guest Wing includes a queen-sized bedroom, lounge with an additional queen-sized leather sofa bed, and dining room/kitchenette. A portable single bed and/or cot for young children are also available. Our 2 small dogs can interact with guests if you wish, but usually live upstairs in the main house, separate from the Guest Wing area. Free parking in our large driveway. 3 minute walk to the shopping centre: supermarkets, restaurants, movies, coffee. 10 min walk to Kawana beach (pet friendly off leash). blu@bokbeach is a unique and stylish 1-bedroom (queen) guesthouse that is dog friendly and located in one of the Bokarina beach courts . Two single "Murphy beds" cater for additional adult guests. Direct access to a patrolled and dog off-leash beach. The coastal pathway that runs in the dunes parallel to the beach provides easy walking, cycling and electric scooter access from Point Cartwright to Caloundra.

Beachside Studio is a self-contained studio centrally located to the best of what the Sunshine Coast has to offer. Leave your car parked and take a 5 minute stroll to the dog friendly off leash surf beach, local cafés and shops.
