Holiday rentals with beach access in Parry Sound District

Absolutely beautiful location for a relaxing getaway. Quiet and serene sandy beach. Kayaks available as described and we thoroughly enjoyed taking in the views from the lake. Great place to take the opportunity to try out the SUP in the shallows of their sandy beach. Bev and Louise were welcoming and readily available to answer any questions. We truly appreciate our hosts for sharing their home to provide such a wonderful experience.

the space was gorgeous! the views out of all the windows were awesome. the hot tub/deck/dock space were also to die for! Randy gave us a tour of the space including our private deck with bbq and the shared outdoor spaces. Having a host actually meet and greet is something that is rarer and rarer on air bnb lately and my wife and I liked the experience. Will be back again!

We had an unforgettable stay with Leslie and Ian . The view from the apartment was gorgeous in the snowy February weather . We felt deeply comfortable and protected from the elements inside. Equipped with Amazon Alexa , my fiancée and I got the opportunity to enjoy our books to peaceful music and set a soundtrack to our morning routines . In the winter months , as Leslie and Ian state in their ad , winter tires or all wheel drive are a must for the steep driveway . Before a big night planned at Tall Trees restaurant, my Nissan with all season tires got stuck in the snow on the driveway . Ian immediately came to our aid and assisted us with the many tools at his disposal , freeing us from the snowbank and saving our night . This kindness and hospitality will not be forgotten . An excellent stay !

We had a wonderful stay at April’s place with our parents and our 8-month-old baby. The location was ideal—just a short 13-minute drive to Arrowhead—and the home was brand new, sparkling clean, and spacious enough for all our baby gear. April was incredibly communicative, making sure we had everything we needed, and we really appreciated all the little thoughtful details that made us feel right at home. We loved the cozy atmosphere, especially with the snowstorm over the weekend and the warmth from the fire. It was the perfect setting. We’d definitely recommend this spot and would love to return in the summer, as it’s close to everything!

Our family really enjoyed our time at this beautiful cabin! Check in was quick and easy and Jadey was extremely responsive to messages. Communication was great from arrival to departure. While we did not have access to the wifi, these things happen and we understood. A storm that blew in the day prior caused some issues which didn’t affect our enjoyment and it was a good opportunity to “unplug”. Included availability of the Kayaks, canoes, and water bike was a great way to explore. Excellent location for young families looking to spend relaxing days on the clear and shallow beach with the kids. We also took advantage of the basketball net and tennis court on the cooler days. Overall we had a great stay at Sunset Cove and have no doubt we will return again in the future! Thank you Jadey and Jack.

Kim was really communicative and good about making sure we had everything we needed for the weekend. Easily reached, easy to work with. We spent the weekend fishing/snowmobiling and the location was very good for access to Lake Nipissing. Fishing is always good on the South Shore. Space was spacious, clean, multiple bedrooms. Kitchen well stocked. Everything you need.

We had a great staycation! It was pet friendly and we would definitely come again. Carla was extremely responsive with our questions. We loved the endless movie options and various game boards.

We had a great time! Lots of water toys for the kids (kayaks, paddle boards etc). Walking distance to playground and town. Fishing was fun and beautiful scenery from our front window. We can’t wait to go back :)

We had an incredible time at Renee’s! Such a charming place nestled in nature, steps to the water and absolutely peaceful. Every detail in the house was beautifully curated and it felt like home. Spacious with 3 beds and 2 bath and a gorgeous deck! Everything was exactly like the pictures. Thank you for opening your home to us Renee, can’t wait to be back!

The cottage was comfortable, well-equipped, and very spacious - perfect for a three-generation family get-together over New Years. It’s situated on a large, beautiful, and private forested lot, so the kids had fun exploring and playing in the snow without bothering anyone. An impressive number of comfortable couches and easy chairs to relax in. Everyone loved the hot tub. Overall, it was exactly what we were hoping for.

We had an amazing stay at Paul's place! The waterfront location by the beach was ideal for our summer family vacation. The rooms were beautifully decorated, offering both comfort and style. Great Place to stay has everything you need. Excellent spot if you have a event at Deerhurst its right across the street. Highly recommend this spot. The Host Heather is Great gets back to you,would go back 100 percent.

Peter was very quick with his responses and took the time to look up what was near the air bnb. The location was amazing since it was right beside a ski resort and 20 minutes away was the most beautiful skating trail in the forest. The air bnb itself was very nice. We cooked dinner and it had everything we needed and seasoning as well. The only thing would be the TV which we didn’t bring a laptop to connect to, which Peter did communicate to us we needed. It was a very great stay and Peter was ever helpful and kind ! Will come back in the summer for the lake.

We had an excellent time! The pictures don’t do the place justice. Spotless, tvs in all rooms. Balconies on every floor. Very modern and up to date. Would not change anything. We went to Canvas brewing to play games and try the beer, visited Deerhurst with the kids, went for a hike, checked out the indoor saltwater pool (dated, but we had it to ourselves which was nice). Played near the lake as it was beautiful sunny weather. Town is very close for all amenities! Thank you!

We had the most amazing experience staying at Phil and Kim's condo. From the moment we arrived, we are blown away by the modern, minimalistic design of the space. It truly feels like a home away from home — everything you could possibly need is thoughtfully provided, and the space is impeccably clean and well-organized. They are always just a message away and ready to assist with anything, making the whole stay so seamless and stress-free. Their prompt and friendly communication added so much value to the experience. You can tell they really care about providing the best possible stay for their guests. Although this is our 2nd time here but surely, we will definitely stay here every Huntsville Dance Competition.

My workers whonstayed at Hayleys property were vwry happy with the accommodations. She was also quick to give instructions and approve our stay.

It was such a great experience staying at this place. Maja and Neno are great hosts - the instructions are clear and it’s easy to find the suite even when it’s dark. They also share local recommendations (there is puppy yoga!) :) the place is an amazing getaway from the busy and noisy city life. In clear days you can see so many stars in the sky from the porch. It’s also so close to Algonquin so I can totally imagine it being super busy during maple leaf seasons. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting this area. Excellent stay at Jocelyn and Scott's. Was a great location for a ski weekend. Communication was great. Jocelyn and Scott were very accommodating when we asked to extend our stay.
