Cozy little two bedroom lower suite only a 10 minute drive into the town of Golden (12 kms). The ski hill is a 20 minute drive from the property. Because we care about your safety, industrial disinfectant is used in a detailed cleaning as a top priority! Included are: new comfy beds and pillows, a fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea, cooking essentials, toiletries and little extras, boot dryer, satellite tv and internet as well as access to a fire pit and bbq. Our kitchenette is fully stocked with most of the essentials (No stove or oven) along with a bbq on the deck. There is a full shower in the spacious bathroom & a fireplace in the living area. We have a separate entrance, ample parking and paved road to the property for your convenience.
