Karine’s whole family could not have been more hospitable and warm during my stay! I was only in Yeghegnadzor for a brief stay, but I was welcomed very warmly and even offered to join for dinner—an exceptionally welcome gesture. This spot is peaceful, beautifully scenic, and home to some of the kindest hosts I’ve had the privilege to stay with, and I’d highly recommend their home!

we booked this place online and hop it will be good and clean, actually it was great and spotless, quiet neighborhood, lovely family who treat us like their own, we order BBQ from them and it was so delicious, beautiful house and gorgeous backyard, nice kitchen with big table to eat and not to mess the house, we rent a van for our family and it fit easy to their covered parking, driving to city center was about 15-20 minutes depend on traffic and taxi to city center is about $3 to there, for us having more quiet area was more important than be on the center, you can get the apps for rideshare there and they will be there in just couple minutes usually around 5-10 minutes so no problem, also if you want to walk to center is abut 20-30 minutes depending on how fast you can walk, very friendly family and not only I will go back there also definitely will recommend this place to all my friends and family to go and enjoy the vacation and not to worry about the place. Very nice place, quiet and perfect for relaxing or working. Internet speed is great! Communication with the host was very good, the house is nice and clean, there is a big back yard and a friendly little dog to play with.

Overall good place to stay. Small but cute studio with a basic kitchen, spacious clean bathroom and very comfortable bed. Placed in a village, but there is always a store nearby, taxis etc. Garden is gorgeous. Keep in mind that this is also restaurant, so there could be people around, you could also order meals, it's tasty and Anna is super friendly. We hope to see you soon.

Comme l'impression d'être à la maison, accueillis comme des enfants chez papy et mamie. Retour en enfance. Avec notre indépendance cheleureuse en bois. Les outils et ustenciles de cuisine à disposition. Salle de bain cosy que pour nous. Propre. Super moment ! Et le petit déjeuner payé en plus était excellent. Omelette maison aux tomate incroyable. miam miam merciii

Zara & her family were so friendly and caring. We felt homely atmosphere during our stay. It had everything as described in the photos and descriptions. Overall we are quite satisfied with our stay. They can think of providing AC in the bedroom because we visited this place in hot summer and it was hot inside the bedroom. But they quickly assisted us by providing extra fan.
