Chalet built and finished in 2016, surrounded by greenery, close to the sea and quiet. It is independent of the main residence, all comfort, green area with pond facing the chalet. -in the ground floor: living room, kitchen (oven and microwave combined, fridge, dishes, basic necessities,...), bathroom with large shower, sink, toilet, towels, 1 sofa bed 2 people with sheets, duvet, -upstairs: 2 double beds with sheets and duvets, -A sheltered outdoor terrace with a plancha/barbecue available, - enclosed outdoor parking for several cars, -Baby bed available, -Green area with swing for children. Bed linen, duvets and bath towels are provided.

Accès a toutes commodités a moins de 2kms, épicerie, boulangerie, boucher, pharmacie. au delà, hypermarché à 5 km. Jolies ballades aux environs (petit port de plaisance, mont des Flandres, gare d'eau) Dégustation de charcuterie et bière artisanale à la brasserie du coin .
