Colombier transformed into a duplex studio located inside a 17th century property of nearly 2 hectares in the heart of the village of Sermaise and 13 minutes walk or 3 minutes by car (free parking) from the RER C (Paris in 55 minutes). 2 duplex rooms of 18 m2 (beware of many steps): on the 1st floor, living room with a kitchen, sofa, TV; upstairs bedroom and bathroom. Access to part of the park of the property with a relaxation area equipped for eating and lounging.

This recently renovated Lauragais residence, steeped in history, perfectly combines the charm of yesteryear and modern amenities. Bike rental (including electric) possible at our neighbor's (instructions on the last photo of the listing).
