Juniper Minivillas – a place we created so that you can leave the everyday noise behind and enjoy the rhythm of nature and simply being present. Here you can listen to the wind in the junipers and watch the sky change colour in the evening. The sauna is a jewel and is heated with wood. The warm water of the jacuzzi awaits you, regardless of the time and season, always at a temperature of up to 35 ºC. The sauna and jacuzzi are included in the price. There is also a barbecue facility, and we provide the charcoal. What could be more enjoyable than a morning coffee on a private terrace!

Built in 2019, the house with all amenities is located in a valued summer area, in the middle of a pine forest. 1 km away from Roosta holiday village, where there is a restaurant, adventure park, outdoor bar, parking lot, public sandy beach. The house has a spacious and bright kitchen-living room, 2 separate bedrooms, a sauna front room, a shower room, a steam room and a toilet. In addition, on the second floor there is a room with a balcony with a separate entrance. Use of the hot tub for an additional fee (with prior notice, price and conditions by agreement).

Hekso treehouse is the perfect get away for people who enjoy being in the nature but also appreciate comfort. The house is fully equipped - small kitchen (including stove, refrigerator, dishes for cooking and eating etc), bathroom, 160cm wide bed and a comfy coach (that can be unfolded into another bed) and an inside fireplace. Our guests can also enjoy a balcony with a couch, a bit unordinary sauna that can be accessed directly from the balcony and in addition a pond (2-2.5m deep).

This compact, modern tinyhouse is located on the western coast of Estonia. Intended for people who`d like to enjoy a natural retreat without giving up modern conveniences. The house includes a sauna, hot tub, a shower with heated floors, WC, an open living room and sleeping area in the “attic”. The house is equipped with WiFi, TV with Netflix access, coffee machine etc. Heating/cooling is provided by an integrated air conditioner. The house can be enjoyed all year round.

A luxury apartment built in to the woods. From the apartment it is often possible to observe wild animals. Hot tub is included. A la carte breakfast can be served for extra fee of 18€ per person. Private beaches to complete the luxury experience. Rowing boat rent on the lake is included. For additional service (250€ for a day) it is possible to enjoy traditional Estonian smoke sauna on the island. Preparing it takes approx. 8-9h, so 2 days notice would be required.
