We invite you to a comfortable year-round cottage located on Lake Wadąg, in a closed settlement in Szypra. The lake is in a quiet zone. A friendly place for anglers and mushroom pickers. The cottage has an area of 102 m2 in a terraced building (4 cottages). At your disposal will be: three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a kitchenette and fireplace, as well as a terrace and garden. The beach with a jetty for the exclusive use of the residents of the settlement and guests is located about 90 m from the door of the cottage.

Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

A summer house in Masuria, one on a fenced plot - 1000m2, with the acceptance of animals. The cottage has a comfortably equipped kitchen with a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. We provide bed linen, towels, projector and screen, we provide a boat, kayak, bicycles, SUPs, sun loungers. On the property there are swings, a barbecue, a fireplace, a covered terrace with garden furniture, very close to one of the cleanest lakes in Masuria.
