There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each of them has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

Szalejówka - built entirely of wood, which creates its unique atmosphere. Here you will experience real silence, sleep like never before, relax by the fireplace and play board games. In summer, the greatest pleasure is sitting on the terrace and looking at the forest, meadow and passing animals, and the playground for children. You can sit by the barbecue or the fire. Be sure to go to the mountains. You can visit the entire Kotlina from here. We are the ideal starting point. We will bake homemade bread for you.

A room in a quiet area

I will rent a comfortable, bright room in a quiet area surrounded by a forest. The Polanica promenade is within a 10-minute walk through the forest (a popular shortcut) or a little further along the asphalt road. Equipment: kitchenette + pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Comfortable double bed with the possibility of adding an extra bed. Wardrobe with mirror, dresser, ironing board, iron, TV with Netflix apps. There is a barbecue and a table with chairs. The area is very quiet with a view of the mountains.

Designed for 4-7 people, the Studio will accommodate a family, a group of friends, two couples, or even two families. You will find a spacious fireplace with a seating area with large glazing for playing with children, dancing or yoga, a kitchen with a dining room for 10 people, a stone terrace with a coffee table, sofa and armchairs, and two lockable bedrooms.

The apartment is located near the Spa Park in Duszniki Zdrój. 10 km from Zieleniec Ski Arena. The property has a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a kitchenette and a single sofa bed, and a veranda with a large double bed and a satellite TV. The apartment's advantage is a large terrace overlooking the Park and the nearby river - Bystrzyca Dusznicka. Rattan furniture is available on the terrace. The room is located in a building located under the forest (ul. Leśna 30 :) ), which is part of the Table Mountain National Park. In total, we have 7 intimate rooms available. The room is cozy, compact, equipped with a basic set of cutlery, crockery and a cordless kettle. Outside the room there is a kitchenette (fridge, hot plate, knives, boards, pots) with a mini dining area, which can and should be fully used by visitors.
