We loved the apartment. It was comfortable, it was very clean and with an exquisite aroma at the time of entry. We contacted Vicente to enter at night and the Check In was very simple, with all the steps very clear. We were struck by the spaciousness of the American kitchen table which allowed us to cook with very good space. Comfortable beds, impeccable bathrooms, everything clean and for immediate use. The location we love, quickly you reach the center of Pucón and better yet at the volcano. Definitely highly recommended and we will be back!!

An exceptional apartment. Very comfortable, spacious and well-equipped, with a choice of indoor and outdoor eating and sitting areas, and with stunning views. We’ve stayed in many AirBnbs and this is one of the best! Communication was excellent and Maria Magdalena was very helpful. The only drawback for us was that it is about 25 kms west of Pucon and all the outdoor adventures we wanted to do are to the east of Pucon. So if you are active and want to hike every day or do white water rafting or visit hot springs you will be doing a lot of driving to get to your destinations.

First of all, the apartment is very comfortable, and easy to enter, since the service staff is very friendly and facilitate everything when arriving. Diego responds very quickly, and I appreciate you guiding us with some activities that we did in our stay. The surroundings of the apartment is very quiet and with beautiful views. In the vicinity there are very good restaurants. I would definitely be back next time.

The distance is beautiful, comfortable, modern and has a movie view. Lupe was always attentive to everything we asked of her. The area is quiet, there is a bakery in front and it's close to downtown. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time at your place. The view from the bedrooms and living room were magical being 14 floors up overlooking 180 degrees of the bay. So many extras, we felt right at home. We loved being at the beachside end of Puerto Montt away from the noise and traffic, too.

The apartment is very nice and functional, it has everything to make a very pleasant visit. Angelica allowed us to enter early and that's very much appreciated. The area is very quiet, but it is within reach of many places, such as the casino, mall, etc. I would definitely recommend it.

The accomodation was clean and had everything you need. If you want to cook, the kitchen equipment could be a little better, but Mariano responded directly to any of our concerns, was super friendly and gave us great tips for things to do:)

Excellent everything! Very good location of the dpto (front of the lake without a view), the back block is Mitre, central street where you have everything you need nearby. Arman a group where they write you daily to see if you need anything. If you have a problem, they'll work it out right away. I would definitely go again! Thank you very much everyone, especially Guillermo and Analina who were always connected 😊

Comfortable place for two people with everything you need, we stayed for almost a week, the condominium is very quiet, very friendly guards and willing to answer any questions as well as the host. If the place can be a little uncomfortable if it does not have a car, since it is not in the center of pucon, walking you can arrive but if they will be a week it will be exhausting, the first days we mobilized with uber, very accessible, and then we rent a car in the casino, which was quite comfortable and cheaper than paying tour. The apartment does not have a hair dryer, but outside of it everything was very good, it was a great trip and stay!

Everything is excellent! The apartment's location is very good, close to a supermarket and an outlet. The apartment complex has private security. Diego's attention was excellent, super clear on the check-in instructions and friendly. 10 points!

Excellent apartment, very well located, super comfortable, nice, clean, and safe, ideal for rest . Building has a temperate pool to enjoy if you don't want to go out. Close to supermarkets, you can walk , in the center , locomoción at the exit of the building . Very friendly concierge. Good communication with Michael , you were attentive to any need. Thank you !!

Gabriela's place is very nice, it has everything you need for a warm stay. It is close to the main street, there are restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and fast food places just around the corner and around the apartment. I highly recommend Gabriela's place and she is super friendly, cuts, always available and has given me many useful recommendations, thank you.

The apartment is perfect, comfortable and modern, covered all our needs and was very well equipped. Communication with Jessy was excellent, very friendly and understanding, she offered us flexibility at check-in and always gave us clear directions. Excellent location, we will definitely be back.

The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos. Very clean, neat, comfortable, just enough for two roads like ours. The area although it is far from the center the surroundings are beautiful in a wooded area. An uber from the center rises between 2000 and 2500 Chilean pesos. In the concierge there are always people and they are all very friendly when you make inquiries, in our case we are Uruguayans and first time we visited the region. Just as a thing for Gustavo to consider correcting some detail in the shower that falls the stand and some water that splashes from the bathtub out. In general terms we had a very nice stay and we love the city.
