Está ubicado a unas 12 cuadras del Centro Cívico de Bariloche, rodeado de un bosque de cipreses y radales con un lindo jardín donde hay un chulengo donde hacer asados. El barrio es muy tranquilo, residencial, hay una pequeña plaza a media cuadra. Cuenta con todos los servicios básicos para una cómoda estadía. Hay un amplio espacio donde estacionar.
