Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Patara Beach

Not the first time in Kash, and I realized that you need to come here for the views. Therefore, the higher the better. Checked in quickly, nice room with a great view. Everything needed was provided. We were absolutely delighted!

We had a very enjoyable stay in Charos's apartment which is bright and airy with plenty of space for us and our two grandchildren (the extra bathroom was a particular bonus) The location of the apartment is highly convenient with the dolmus station just round the corner and plenty of cafes and small shops to buy essentials within 5 minutes. It's a very easy walk to the sea front and Fethiye Old Town. Charos is a very responsive hostess, she arranged our airport transfer at a very reasonable cost and was quick to answer any queries that we had. We would stay again.

It was our first time in Fethiye. This house, where we stayed for a short holiday for 3 nights and 4 days, made us feel the comfort and warmth of home. We were very happy with the experienced, warm, sincere approach and interest of Mr. Süleyman and especially Mr. Doğan from the first reservation to the departure. The house was no different or even better than the pictures. A peaceful house overlooking the sea with a view of the sounds of birds. All the details you may need at home are thoughtfully thought out. All you need to pack and come, I'm sure you'll leave with 😊good memories. During our stay, my family and I felt at home. From the moment we first entered the house, everything was impeccable and very clean. Everything we may need during the stay has been thought out by Ms. Aliya and a comfortable living area has been created. The place was great. The view was incredible. It's at the top of the steep slope of Kaş. I recommend the apartment if you want a morning coffee with the best view

This house is beautiful. The garden and pool are well kept and clean. The house is also very clean with lots of communal space and private spaces if people need some quiet time. The location is good, on a Dolmus route and with a taxi button just outside. The road is noisy but the plot is completely private and we got used to the noise so it wasn't a problem for us. There is a lovely pizza place 2 mins walk away and plenty of shops and restaurants 10 mins walk away. The host is very helpful and responsive. We had a lovely stay - we did scuba diving, visited Kayakoy, Calis Beach and Butterfly Valley via the water taxi and shuttle boat service - you don't always need to book the day long trips. We enjoyed going out for the morning, relaxing back at the villa in the afternoon and going out again in the evening. We had a lovely holiday. Thank you.

Beautiful villa, we loved the views. It has everything you need, and feels private even though there are villas around you. Feray was a great host and responded to any questions realluly quickly. We'd definitely book to come again! Kalkan is a wonderful place.

We like to have constant cultural and nature holidays as a family. We weren't a little suspicious when we saw this place on Airbnb. We couldn't believe he'd give such a villa to a suitable fee, but we trusted airbnb. Then we had a few questions for Mr. Emin, he answered it very politely instantly. Then, when we saw the Asmali Villa with our own eyes, we realized that it was beautiful in the pictures. The sounds of birds in nature, the squirrels playing in the trees were great for the village people around. The house was spotless. They thought of everything and were complete. There were pots,pans, glasses, salt,black pepper and all of them in the kitchen. TV with huge ambilayt feature, not even in my house. The white goods are all new and Bosch marks. The beds are viscosite, the foosball table in the living room, I can't write anything. If I had this house, I wouldn't be able to cut the rental. In the end, we would like to thank Mr. Emin and Airbnb. 🙋🏻‍♂️🙏

It was a perfect vacation and we stayed with my wife and friends. Everything was perfect for us with the sea view , pool and equipment in the house. We'll be back for summer.

Awesome outside views and decor of the property. Well thoughtful interiors and amenities. The flat was on 3 or 4th floor with no lift, which was a bit inconvenient for my 74 yr old mum but it was manageable as climbing up those stairs was just once a day. Comfy beds and good forceful shower, is always a bonus after a long exploring day.

One of my best experiences on Airbnb. I stayed there with my family of six and very happy with the location, facilities and the super responsive host. Husseyin, our host, was very kind and was available all the time. I highly recommend this property if you are traveling with family or friends and need space. It's just a few minutes drive to Ölüdeniz beach. We would book this place again.

Hayam Evi was the perfect base for our off-season holiday in Kalkan. The house is exceptionally well equipped and we felt at home immediately. We particularly liked the rooftop terrace for soaking up some spring sunshine and were visited there by some intrepid local cats. My son loved the fact we were so close to the beach and several times a day marched down in his wetsuit for a chilly dip! We went out everyday to visit local archaeological sites and walk some of the Lycian Way and it was wonderful to come back to the cosiness of the house. Thanks Deborah. We'll be back!

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

Wow what an incredible place! Our first time visiting Kalkan as a family of 5! Our 3 children absolutely loved the villa, the pool and Kalkan. The villa is located out of the way up the mountain side, a 15 minute walk into the town down very steep hills, easy to get a can back up at any time. The villa…. Wow what can I say, absolutely spotless, easy access and loads and loads of space. Such a perfect place and such great hosts. The host was so easy to contact if I required anything which was so good to rely on. I highly recommend this Beautiful villa in one of the most perfect places to visit in the world. Thank you so much for having us, we will defiantly be back in the future. P.s we had the most perfect days on a boat trip (the Falcan). We spent 6 hours or so stopping at certain islands for a swim and the most perfect lunch, it was truly a great experience. 2 excellent restaurants we ate at, the Berahamas I think, excellent steak dinner and the Doy Doy restaurant.

The property was lovely for our family. We were traveling with children and they were very much welcomed by the hotel staff. The receptionist is was kind, funny and helpful. The location is great. We would stay here again.

Perfect location with great views! The apartment is immaculate and perfect for a family of 3-4. Infinity pool is great. Restaurants about 10mins down into town.
