A neat house and a place where you can heal in a beautiful place with a nice swimming pool on a high floor, exercise facilities, and even a sky lounge. Peaceful neighborhood, off the beaten path. There were a lot of local markets across the street, the atmosphere was good, and the closer to the overground railroad, there were many local restaurants. When there was a lot of traffic jam like commuting time, I was able to use the overground railroad nearby, and other times, it was close to major tourist attractions, so I was able to travel cheaply to Grab or Bolt. It is a location that is perfect for long-term travel because it is an unreasonable location for local experiences and sightseeing. There was no problem throughout my stay to the point of contact with the host other than check-in and check-out, but whenever I contacted them, they responded kindly and cared about the situation as much as possible, so I was grateful that I was able to relax like it was my own home. If I come on a long trip next year, I liked this house and the friendly host so much that I liked that I would choose this house and come back without any worries. Thanks to you, I had a good rest. Ern is super friendly and easy to communicate with. He returned my communication(s) immediately, and he was on top of everything. The suite is clean and comfortable and nice to stay in. We love this building and the neighbourhood. The gym is good and the pool is beautiful. We did almost no cooking because there is so much great food in the area! Highly recommended.

the room is better than the picture shown, it is clesn and tidy, it is close to bus station and convenient to travel by bus. the rent is very attractive and worth of it. very happy to stay there.

My family and I had a great time staying at her place for 10 days. The place is clean and clutter free. She was responsive to our queries and gave great recommendations when it comes to local foods restaurants nearby. We met her mom as well when we checked in and she gave us clear instructions. Walkable to Asiatique and accessible to Chao Phraya River Ferry which we mostly enjoyed. I highly recommend Bee's place.

I stayed a few days after the quake and life was pretty normal. No cracks on walls or building but Garden cordoned off as well as the roof top pool. No biggie. Hope it’s re-opened next time. Super easy walk to MRT and secure, cozy, private apartment with amenities on the ground floor. There were a few more rules noted in the flat e.g. smoking weed carries an enormous fine which should be made clear online but again, no biggie. It was a lovely place to unwind after exploring

The host was very responsive and friendly, making communication easy and smooth. The location is amazing, just a short walk to the BTS, which made getting around super convenient. Plus, having a 7-11 right underneath the building was a huge bonus. The place was perfect for our stay!

This condo is very nice. The host goes beyond what's expected from one. Many things are provided for you when you get there, like bathroom supplies, there's some bottled water in the fridge, coffee and kitchen supplies. The Wifi works great. 7 Eleven is across the street... and further down it is a small supermarket. You're minutes away from Nana Plaza if that's your thing. It's a very nice place to stay in if you want to visit Bangkok.

Loved my stay here. A soulful, quiet and cosy home in a fun and very authentic Thai neighbourhood. Anchali was a great host helping advise me on local spots and good places to eat. The park next door is so full of character, Muay Thai, running and lots of trees, this is almost worth it alone. Was a great base to explore Sathorn and Yan Nawa river areas, especially with the bicycle provided. Would happily stay longer term, recommended!

Jenny’s place is extremely spacious. Lots of bathrooms, plenty of space, smoking area, private parking. It’s also a heaven for stair lovers😉. Jenny has been of great help - replying instantly and yummy breakfasts that were delivered to us each morning made us feel very welcomed. Thank you Jenny. Wishing you all the best.

A perfect experience that deserves more than 5 stars! My family had an incredibly happy time during this trip. It was a special family trip to celebrate my mother-in-law's 70th birthday, and thanks to Nabil and Chang, it became even more memorable. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. My family enjoyed every moment at the swimming pool. The hosts thoughtfully prepared everything we needed for a barbecue, allowing us to cook and share meals together, creating warm and lasting memories. The welcome chocolates and letter were especially heartwarming after our late-night arrival, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. What stood out the most was the hosts' exceptional support. Every time we needed assistance, they responded promptly, making our stay completely hassle-free. One memorable moment was when Nabil brought over their dog for a short visit—our kids absolutely loved it! The presence of the dog brought so much joy and added an extra warmth to our stay.

The host personally picked us up from the airport, and the housekeeper was especially good for our service, very close to the subway station.The pool was nice and the bed was comfortable.KTV is good here.BBQ ok. I will also choose to stay here when I come to Bangkok again.We missed it all the time after we left.I recommend the villa

The stay was extremely lovely with all the amenities we could possible need to make our stay comfortable. The hosts were always responsive and extremely helpful. Max even helped to send a bag back to us that we had left behind at the stay!
