Έχει θέα προς το Ικάριο πέλαγος με υπέροχα ηλιοβασιλέματα, αλλά και προς το λιμάνι της Σκάλας. Διαθέτει ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει από 3-6 άτομα. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον όροφο διώροφου κτίσματος τεσσάρων διαμερισμάτων συνολικά με κοινόχρηστο κήπο και βεράντα.Στον όροφο υπάρχει ακόμα ένα διαμέρισμα και άλλα δύο στο ισόγειο.Στην βεράντα υπάρχουν δύο σετ τραπεζαρίας εξωτερικού χώρου ,το ένα εκ των οποίων ανήκει στο διαμέρισμα. Βρισκεται 7 περίπου λεπτά από το κέντρο της Σκάλας και από την κοντινότερη παραλία. Κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχει αρτοποιείο μανάβικο και σούπερ μάρκετ. Η παραλία Μελόι είναι στα 2 λεπτά μακριά με το Αυτοκίνητο και το Αγριολιβαδι στα 6.
