Guests will enjoy 2 terraces with sea and garden views. You will be surrounded by the sea, the island of Elba and the trees of the garden, Magnolia, avocado, lemon trees.

Studio in the heart of Patrimonio

Welcome to my studio page on the ground floor of my house in the beautiful village of Patrimonio. After 2 years of refining it, I suggest you spend a few days there rather than one night. In order to enjoy the world-renowned vineyard trails, the beautiful beaches of Saint Florent and Farinole, and the river flowing through the village. But also my outdoor space where you can read, have lunch, stroll and cook on the barbecue or in the wood-fired oven.

Charming 17 m² studio on the ground floor, adjoining a cottage. Equipped kitchenette (washing machine, fridge, microwave, electric hob), TV, iron and ironing board. Private terrace with barbecue, air conditioning and access to the owner's pool. Please note: access may require some manoeuvring, as the entrance is a little complex. We will be there to guide you when you arrive.

The JUWEN villa is composed of: * 2 beautiful 12 m² rooms each equipped with a TV. * 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet. * 1 equipped kitchen open to the living room with very good quality sofa bed. Outside, you will find a beautiful 70 m² terrace with garden furniture for 6 people, a plancha and 4 deckchairs. The pool is 6 m x 3 m and is heated from April to October.
