Well-located and family atmosphere

Family apartment, cozy, close to the college, hospitals and gym. In a quiet area with easy access to local markets and services. An invitation to comfort and practicality. Our parking lot is open, we do not have Gate, facilitating the entry of our Guests, however, the space is monitored by a camera offering tranquility and security for our Guests.

A single-story house is situated on a paved street, flanked by neatly trimmed shrubs and palm trees. The exterior features a light-colored facade with a dark roof, and multiple carport spaces can be seen at the front.
