It has a great location, just 5 minutes from downtown Miguel Pereira. We don't have a garage, but cars can park on the sidewalk of the house or on the land in front.

A unique experience in a beautiful cozy home with amazing view. Every corner of the house was thought out and when it was ready I didn't fit in sharing this experience with more people. Everywhere you are amazed by a breathtaking view of the sea from mountains as far as the eye can see. A true one lives with nature to renew its energies. We still have a 7-meter-high swing overlooking the mountains. Presented with a beautiful Sunset, impossible not to fall in love.
