Charming 3-star gîte with fireplace with a large flowery and wooded garden of 1200 m2. GR trails in front of the house, the gîte is conveniently located between ANGERS and SAUMUR. Come and make a bucolic stop in our beautiful 16th century gîte, fully restored with its exposed stones. It is located in a village on the banks of the Loire classified as a "village of character". From the house, on foot or by bike, discover the banks of the Loire, the vineyard, the oak and chestnut forests.

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier.
