Bus stop is a 1 minute walk, arrivals every 10 minutes.

Happy New Year! The Brambles is a lovely two bedroomed property in a quiet close of 19 houses in Peacehaven, East Sussex. With two double bedrooms, lounge/dinner and a conservatory that has a south facing garden. The décor is cosy and comfortable with the opportunity to prepare everything you need in the compact kitchen. The bathroom has a beach theme, we are not far from the beach and cliffs. Brighton is 7 miles from Peacehaven, Newhaven 3 miles, Seaford is 6 miles, Eastbourne 17 miles.

The 'Seaside Annexe' is self-contained, 1 bedroomed accommodation. It is light and airy with vaulted ceilings, overlooking the English Channel and featuring an ensuite shower room, TV, rear garden, lounge & dining area, south facing deck and fully equipped kitchen. It is directly on the coastal path with secluded beaches on the doorstop and the South Downs National Park a short walk away. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This adoreable suite has its own enterance to the back of the house and is completely seperate for your own privacy. Off road parking is available at all times. The suite has its own bathroom with shower, sink basin and toilet.Also offer tea and coffee facilities. Located on the 14 bus route which takes you directly into Brighton.The bus stops are literally right outside and run every 15 minutes. 2 miles from Newhaven ferry port.

Near Brighton (5miles), seaside, country annex

We would love to host you in our bright, brand new modern annex building at the foot of the South Downs Way and 20 minutes by public transport to the colourful City of Brighton and it's famous beach and pier. You will have exclusive access to this extension to our home, with your own kitchen, bathroom and access to fast wifi. We are very happy to advise on where to go, eat etc, or leave you in total peace if you prefer. Our labrador is extremely greedy and very nosey, hope you like dogs!!

Self contained Garden Studio with free parking.

Garden Studio with outdoor decking & seating area, self contained, very comfortable in beautiful Saltdean just outside Brighton. With free on street parking straight out front and private access it is only 15 minutes on the bus to Brighton Pier or 1hour on the bus to Eastbourne Pier. As experienced hosts we will always offer a warm welcome and assistance as required. In a quiet neighbourhood we are only a short walk to buses and shops and the beach or Lido are only a 5minute walk away.

We offer a 2 Bedroom Detached Bungalow surrounded by beautiful gardens and a decking area with table & benches. We are located 20 minutes from Brighton by car. The Cliff Top Walks are a 10 minute walk away. They have beautiful views towards the Sea and Brighton. Buses 14, 14c run just across the street approx 20mins to Brighton Pier. 10 mins to Historic Rottingdean Village and 20mins by car to Brighton. When returning get off at Cavendish close.

The Haven

The Haven is a bright and spacious Annex which overlooks Peacehaven Beach. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. The master bedroom has a double bed and the lounge has a brand new futon which opens out into another double bed. Peacehaven has all the shops you need within 2 minute walking distance. Brighton City Centre is a 15 minute bus or car journey. Your hosts, Tony and Chrissy are very welcoming and caring.

A quirky, peaceful house with beautiful views. A lovely holiday retreat for walking, cycling, adventuring or relaxing - and only 9 miles from Brighton for all that fun. Please note that this is a quiet residential area with neighbours who like their peace and quiet too. No parties or loud music and you'll need to keep the noise right down after 9pm. Please don't book if this is not the holiday you are looking for.
