Large common space downstairs, 4 bedrooms upstairs, fireplace, garden, fireplace, covered pergola, scents and bird chirping await in all quantities. The nearest beach is 6 km away. In the village, there is a café, delicatessen, gallery, wineries, Sunday market, in the neighboring villages within 10 minutes, the best ice cream shop in the neighborhood (the world), super restaurants, children's and adult programs, concerts, wineries, hiking await.

The comfortably equipped house is in Örvényes. The free beach (500 m), the grocery store and the train station are within walking distance. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room, dining room, wellness bathroom (sauna, bathtub), upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has 1 double bed, the second bedroom has 4 90 cm beds, the third bedroom has a pull-out bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room is connected to the terrace by glass doors. There's a big garden with a playground.

This unique country house is located in Vászoly, one of the most authentic villages of the Balaton Highlands, just steps away from a grocery store and a fine year-round restaurant. The courtyard features a small pool for hot summer days, while the nearest beach is only a 10-minute drive away. Please note that while the Countryhouse itself is fully private, the outdoor areas are shared with guests staying in the other units. The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. The ruins of a 200-year-old barn accommodate the garden dining and lounge area.
