La Era de cal Peró és una vivienda de dos plantas con capacidad para dos personas. En la primera planta se encuentran el dormitorio y el baño. Una escalera interior accede a la segunda planta, donde se ubica la sala de estar, el comedor y la cocina. La sala de estar dispone de equipo de sonido y televisión.
