The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

The Ilda villa is located in the ancient village of Capoliveri. It overlooks the sea and has a porch under which you can eat and watch the sunset over the Stella Gulf every evening. Villa Artemide Apartment Due Trilocale

Villa Artemide, a newly built villa, is located in the municipality of Capoliveri, in the small, tranquil hamlet of Madonna Delle Grazie. Such a peaceful setting that in the 18th century, it was chosen as a refuge by Augustinian friars returning from the island of Montecristo. In recognition of the hospitality they received, they erected the sanctuary. Inside, there is a highly prized panel painting, the draft of which is said to have belonged to Michelangelo Buonarroti.

In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea. The view of rare beauty, the sea that pervades every environment, the peace and scents of the Mediterranean scrub, make this place magical. La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.
