Serpentine-y is nestled in the picturesque and serene Serpentine hills. 1hr from Perth, this boutique equestrian farm is an ideal escape. The modern accommodation includes a private grassed area to soak up the tranquillity. The farm backs onto the Serpentine National Park and is a short walk from Serpentine Falls and Munda Biddi trails. Small studio beach-side cottage with everything you need. Has a queen bed and a folding single bed, A/C, TV, fully equipped kitchenette with fridge/freezer. Includes your own laundry with small washing machine, toilet and shower; and your own little patio with wind-out awning. It's only a 2 minutes walk to the beach and a 12 minutes walk along the beach to the Cafe and Restaurant strip. There is a nice 5 km walking path along the beach with lots of playgrounds, BBQ's and picnic pavilions.

Breathe in the trees , listen to the birdsongs, reconnect with nature & the elements. Take a mini break from the hustle & bustle with this unique and tranquil getaway. Ground yourself earthing out & stargazing. Visit the estuary for some crabbing, walks, surf fishing at Preston Beach or visit the local wineries. The cabin is off grid with a bio gas toilet & bidet. The experience is kinda like glamping as the cabin is rustic with some luxuries. No TV or wifi - a simple get away of less.

Our little piece of paradise is looking forward to you relaxing and enjoying the house and surrounds. During Summer mosquitos can be an issue. We supply repellant but recommend you bring some. There's plenty of space to relax out the back or down by the river can read a good book, swim or if you're lucky, watch some dolphins! A jigsaw to complete or a board game to challenge the family!. Fish in the river. Kayak up or down river. Walk to the Ravo for a Pub Meal! Go for relaxing walks.
