The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The apartment and courtyard are well suited for families with children.

In addition, the cottage has a fireplace, sauna, washing machine and clothes drying cabinet. In the courtyard of the cottage there is a campfire place for outdoor bonfires.

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Tässä ainutlaatuisessa ja rauhallisessa lomakohteessa on helppo rentoutua puhtaan luonnon keskellä. Mökki sijaitsee pienessä kylässä keskellä Lapin erämaata. Täällä voit harrastaa hiihtoa, lumikenkäilyä sekä kalastusta. Lisäksi järjestämme moottorikelkka retkiä toiveiden mukaan. Mökiltä on matkaa Rovaniemen kaupunkiin noin 75km. Cottage in a great location on the shore of Lake Simojärvi. Suitable for groups of two to three people. Good fishing, hunting and berry areas nearby. Quiet location. Sauna in the same building. Clean compost toilet. Solar electricity, you can charge your phone and computer. Gas stove. The door and windows have been renewed on the side of the cottage and additional thermal insulation has been installed on the inside. You can also stay in winter.

Atmospheric house on the shore of Kemijoki

On the scenic Kemijoki riverbank, about an hour's drive from Rovaniemi, 65 km towards Kuusamo. I recommend renting a car. Fully equipped 75 m2 cottage with two bedrooms, kitchen, sauna, bathroom, porch and terrace. There is a beach near the cottage (about 700 m). Opportunities for snowmobiling, fishing, berry picking and hunting, as well as hiking. There is a boat launch about 1.2 km away.
