Overlooking the North Shore with beautiful water views one can often see a cruise ship going by. Parties are not allowed and due to past issues our age limit is 25. Please respect the quiet.

The sunsets are my favorite!

This spacious lower waterfront apartment has spectacular views from one end of the Island to the other, all within walking distance to the city of Hamilton! Plenty exterior spaces to lounge, BBQ and soak up the sun, and then venture into a private unique natural cave where you can swim, fish and snorkel from the dock as you watch cruise ships entering and leaving the Island. It has off-street parking for mopeds and EV chargers for rental cars. A bus stop is outside the gate.

A tiny loft cottage just comfortable and cozy enough for one or two people. Includes an outside garden space under the pergola with Adirondack chairs and fire pit, lovely for relaxing. We are situated close to Admiralty House and Deep Bay where you can swim, explore caves and cliff jump. Approximately 7 minute drive to Hamilton. Bus #4 Airbnb guests only allowed on the property, no parties or outside guests. Safety concern with stairs for children below age of twelve.

The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, induction cooktop, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, wine glasses and all needed plates and cutlery. Transportation from the airport can be arranged.
