My house is a 3 bed (but 1 room locked for storage) it has 2 king-size bedrooms & boasts epic sea views of St. Michaels Mount, Newlyn harbour & the nearby countryside. It has parking for one car, a must in Newlyn! No through traffic, a large decking & a peaceful enclosed garden to relax in. A great location to explore the great outdoors, with Penzance, St.Michaels Mount, St.Ives, Mousehole, The Minack Theatre and Land's End, all within 8 miles! Plus it's <180 yards to Newlyn School of Art.

Recently renovated to a very high standard, this delightful Fisherman’s cottage is situated in a conservation area between Penzance and Mousehole. Sit on the balcony & admire Mount’s Bay, lay in bed & watch the boats going to & fro, the view is mesmerising and you won’t want to leave. The cottage is light, spacious and airy, tastefully decorated and above all cosy and very comfortable, ideal for 2 guests. Bus stop and fine restaurants & pubs near by. Ideally situated for Newlyn School of Arts.

Arty miners cottage, wild tin coast of Botallack

This old miners cottage has been colourfully transformed by the artist owner. Traditional granite walls keep the rooms cool in summer and on chilly evenings you can cosy up around the log burner. There is a good size garden with mature trees, a BBQ and outdoor dining area. It's the perfect base for exploring the mines of Botallack, where Poldark was filmed and is also close to many local beaches including Sennen Cove and Porthcurno. The house is not suitable for people with mobility issues.

The cottage is set in the walled kitchen garden, as well as having shared access to grounds of the main house, the swimming lake and woodland that forms the Trenoweth Estate. it is a mix of fabulously simple and rustic with all mod cons. The Big Barn at Porthcurno Barns Family run spacious and cosy barn conversion nestled in a peaceful seaside hamlet walking distance to the stunning Porthcurno and Pedn Vounder beaches and the Minack Theatre. Plenty of walks on the doorstep across the SW Coastal Path. The Logan Rock Inn pub is 5 mins walk across the fields and Sennen Cove surf beach is less than 10 mins drive. Newlyn, Penzance, St Michael’s Mount, St Ives are a 15-25 mins drive for days out, activities and restaurants.

Pines at Carminowe Farm, a peaceful rural retreat

Cozy flat located at Carminowe Farm, just outside the village of Pendeen, slightly off the beaten track with no close neighbours, making it extremely peaceful and a haven for wildlife. It's a short walk to the shop, pubs and local facilities. The coast path is approximately a mile and a half away. The flat has ample parking and its own courtyard seating area. The hosts live in the main part of the house and have a border collie called Bill and a cat.
