Second time here, great area with bars and restaurants full of locals, easy access to sights by ferry and bus/tram.

Herr Tuncer ist sehr flexibel mit dem check in und sehr gut erreichbar echt zum empfehlen freue mich beim nächsten mal wieder herzukommen echt empfehlenswert 💯

Fotoğraflardakinden çok daha güzel bir yer. sessiz sakin huzurlu bir daha geldiğimde kesinlikle tercih ediceğim bir yer olucak.

Beautiful apartment in great location. Worked perfectly for us to explore the city of Istanbul and the quieter but still bustling Asian side while working remotely for a week.

Orhun war ein toller und sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist klasse und hat eine wirklich perfekte Lage, um von dort aus, Istanbul zu erkunden. Viele Restaurants, Shoppingmöglichkeiten, sehr gute Meze-Läden und Bars um die Ecke. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Lokasyon olarak cok iyi. Ev de cok temizdi. Yanlis herhangi bir bilgi verilmedi. Her zaman iletisimde olduk ev sahibi ile. Anlayisli, iletisimi kolay birisi. Kendisine her sey icin tesekkur ederim. Herkese tavsiye edebilecegim bir konaklama oldu. Tekrar kalmak isteyebilecegim bir yer.

Wir fanden eine sehr schöne, saubere und gemütliche Wohnung vor. Elvan half bei allem wie Check-in oder Tipps rund um Istanbul. Die Lage ist klasse da man auch zu Fuß in 15 Minuten am Hafen ist. Unsere Tochter hat im zweiten Schlafzimmer gewohnt. Das Bett dort ist allerdings nicht für 2 Erwachsene. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und nach einem langen Tag kann man es sich auf der Couch gemütlich machen. Auch die Küche ist gut bestückt und man kann dort prima an der Bar frühstücken. Wir werden die Wohnung von Elvan weiter empfehlen und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen.

Kendi evimizde gibi hissettiğimiz bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Fotoğraflardan çok daha güzel ve ferah bir ev. Tüm ihtiyaçlarımızı hemen karşılayarak aile sıcaklığında hissettiren Asaf bey ve ailesi mükemmellerdi. Evde her şey düşünülmüş tertemiz, bahçeli, otoparklı ve konumu ideal.

Шикарное расположение, приятный район. В 10 минутах хотьбы рынок со свежими оврщами, фруктами, сухофруктами, орехами. Хозяин встретил со всей душой и старался, чтобы оставание в его апартаментах было максимально комфортное: встретил, помог донести чемоданы, организовал рабочий стол. Отличный интернет, без перебоев.

Müge hanımın rüya evinde harika bir 4 günlük bayram tatili geçirdik. Hangi birinden bahsetsem bilmiyorum. Ev, bahçe, dekorasyon, lokasyon herşey ama herşey zevkimize göreydi. Müge hanımda oldukça nazik bir ev sahibiydi teşekkür ediyoruz herşey için. Evde herşey bizim için düşünülmüş ve hazırdı. Doğa severler için ve sakinlik sevenler için son derece keyifli biryer, şiddetle tavsiye edilir👍

Ich hatte einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment in der Türkei! Das Apartment war extrem sauber und gepflegt – man merkt, dass an alle Details gedacht wurde, es stand sogar eine Metrokarte für die Nutzung zur Verfügung. Das Ambiente ist äußerst charmant und lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Ich kann dieses Apartment nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

The apartment was incredibly cozy and perfect for a comfortable stay. From the very beginning, the host was exceptionally helpful and welcoming — assisting us with check-in and any questions we had, and always available 24/7. One of the best parts was the neighborhood: peaceful, charming, and full of lovely streets with fresh pastries, delicious local food, and everything within walking distance. The apartment itself had everything needed for a small group — all the amenities, a warm atmosphere, and thoughtful details that made us feel right at home. The location also offers excellent transport connections, making it easy to reach any part of the city. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for creating such a welcoming space. We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended to everyone!

A peaceful stay in a quiet neighbourhood, yet accessible to supermarkets and hip cafes and food joints, just a few minutes of walking downhill. Parking was easy with a garage seemingly for 2 cars. A flight of stairs goes to the ground floor, then another set of stairs within the house to the second floor apartment. Kitchen was fully furnished with stainless steel cooking equipment and quality Utensils. There's even coffee, tea and spices! The dining area is accompanied by a serene view of a luscious green hill, with Camlica Mosque at the top. A truly relaxing getaway from the city crowd. Although we stayed for a night, we felt rejuvenated. Thanks for the experience ☆

The highlight was definitely the stunning view of the Bosporus—it was absolutely breathtaking and made every morning and evening feel special. The apartment is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, which was a perfect escape from the busy city, yet still close to everything I needed. It’s just minutes away from markets and great local restaurants, which made daily errands and dining out super fun and convenient. Inside, everything was modern and new, with all the amenities you’d expect, and described. It truly felt like a home away from home. Konaklamadan keyif aldık. Kadir bey mesajlara hızlı dönüş yaptı. Ev temiz ve düzenliydi, manzarası güzeldi ama ev çok geniş değildi iki kişiydik ve bize yetti. Kadir beyin evini tekrar tercih edebiliriz.

Good place

The location is perfect and very peaceful, a close walk to shops and restaurants but also very quiet. We loved the flat and its amazing terrace. Having two bathrooms was a great asset. Lora was very kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.
